AMB operate a Quality Management System certified to ISO 9001/AS9100 by a UKAS Accredited certification body. The scope of its registration covers all areas of its business including management procedures, precision subcontract CNC machining and all inspection procedures.
Inspection is undertaken in a fully equipped inspection department which includes a Co-ordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) and dual optical/video measuring system. This department has a comprehensive set of inspection gauges and all measuring equipment is regularly serviced and calibrated.
An inspection regime adhering to AS9100 requirements is maintained for all components and any inspection criteria requirement specified by customers can be accommodated. This includes 100% documented inspection of all features on all manufactured components.
Certificate of Conformance reports which detail piece part traceability to raw materials are provided as standard for all customers.
